The Shepherd of Egypt (SoE) is a not-for-profit organization with a central focus on providing dignity, assistance, and quality of life to the most vulnerable in Egypt. Through our skilled volunteers and your generous donations to SoE, we are able to provide hope, help, and opportunity to those living below the poverty line.

SUPPORTED PROJECTS

Housing Development Program
We aim to build secure and hygienic homes for the poor and destitute.

Mobile Clinics
We aim to spread mobile health clinics across Upper Egypt’s poorest villages and slums to cover the needs of those who are sick.

Small Business Initiatives
We aim to increase destitute families’ income by providing them with a loan to assist them in starting a small business to support themselves.

Social Services
We aim to improve the living standards of people who are poor and destitute through providing them with monthly financial support, food hampers and paying off some of their debts.

Training and Organizational Development
We aim to establish a Training Academy which will assist destitute youth in finding employment.Social Wellbeing Programs
We aim to spiritually, physically and emotionally nourish destitute widows, orphans and sick individuals, through yearly summer retreats.
